    Salary:
    Starting Salary: BA Step 0 — $39,430
    Salary will be prorated based

  • Transportation Director / Mechanic Opening

    Sargent School District is now accepting applications for a Transportation Director / Mechanic.

    This position oversees the district’s transportation program, including routes, bus safety, driver coordination, compliance, and fleet maintenance.

    Salary:

    • Transportation Director Step 1: $37,771
    • Mechanic Pay: $25,000 annually

Coaching

The Sangre de Cristo and Sargent School Districts are seeking a visionary and dedicated leader to serve as the Head Middle School Football Coach for our newly formed cooperative football program beginning in the Fall 2026 season. This co-op represents an exciting new chapter for both communities, and we are looking for a coach to build a unified team culture, foster academic excellence, and establish a competitive tradition.
