In just five years, Sarah Schaller has made an incredible impact on our students, school, and community. She brings high energy, deep dedication, and a whole-child approach to learning that helps students from all backgrounds grow and succeed. From leading successful FFA opportunities and teaching valuable life skills, to building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and community partners, Sarah goes above and beyond in every part of her role. Her passion, leadership, and willingness to do whatever it takes for kids make her a true example of what it means to be a Sargent Farmer.
Maggie Osmon is truly the glue of the secondary building and the backbone of so much that happens each day. From welcoming families and visitors with a smile to helping staff, students, and parents with whatever they need, Maggie goes above and beyond to keep our school running smoothly. Her positive attitude, kindness, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make a lasting impact on our entire school community. Maggie is known for her accuracy, organization, and problem-solving, but even more than that, she is known for the care and support she gives to everyone around her.
We are so proud to honor Sarah and Maggie and look forward to having them represent Sargent School District at the SLV Educators of the Year Banquet on May 5, 2026. 🌟
