Sargent rodeo athletes wrapped up an incredible fall season filled with outstanding performances across Colorado and New Mexico!
🤠 Braxton Regester & Tylee DeHerrera
Braxton Regester and his partner Tylee DeHerrera (from Centauri High) finished their fall season holding down the 4th place spot in the New Mexico High School Team Roping Standings. Regester & DeHerrera traveled this fall to Socorro, Grants, Fort Sumner, and finished the season in Clovis over Halloween weekend. The duo caught 6 of the 8 steers they ran and placed every weekend stacking points to secure the 4th place standing in a field of almost 40 teams competing. Regester & DeHerrera will hit the road again this Spring starting in March traveling to Socorro, Lovington, Farmington, and will finish at State Finals over graduation weekend in May. Regester also competes in Tie Down Roping & DeHerrera competes in breakaway the two have enjoyed rodeoing together the past five years. Both Seniors plan on attending and competing at the college level.

🏇 Rylee Shirley
Colorado High School Rodeo competitor in barrel racing, pole bending, and goat tying, Rylee had a fantastic season — showing steady progress, growing in confidence, and demonstrating true grit and determination in the arena.

🐐 Jaycee Francis
Sargent 7th grader Jaycee Francis had an impressive fall with the Colorado Junior High Rodeo, earning top standings:

Jaycee will begin her spring season in April with competitions in Loveland, Craig, and Lamar.
