It’s been a busy and exciting FFA Week at Sargent, and our students have been showing up in a BIG way!
Monday: District LDEs
The Sargent FFA Chapter took 15 students to compete in a variety of events at District LDEs. We’re proud of every student who represented Sargent!
Results & Highlights:
- 🥇 Lane Mattive competed in the Creed Speaking contest and will be representing Sargent at State Convention this year!
- 🥈 Lyza Davis competed in Employment Skills and earned 2nd place!
- 🥉 Maci Widger earned 3rd place in Creed Speaking!
- 🥉 Madeline Mitchell competed in Extemporaneous Speaking!
- ⭐️ We also had multiple Quiz Bowl teams compete!
👏 Congratulations to all of our competitors—and good luck to Lane at State Convention!
Tuesday: Elementary Ag Lessons
FFA members visited our elementary students and delivered ag lessons, sharing knowledge and helping build excitement for agriculture in our younger learners.
Wednesday: Drive Your Tractor to School Day
Students brought their tractors to school, making for a fun (and very Sargent!) celebration of ag pride.
Thursday: MS/HS Ag Olympics Pep Rally
We’re wrapping up the week with our MS/HS Ag Olympics Pep Rally—we can’t wait!
